The City of Newberry is accepting applications for the position Full-Time Firefighter. Interested candidates must meet the following minimum requirements at the time of application, and throughout employment. Possess a current State of Florida Firefighter II Certification, current Florida EMT Certification or Florida Paramedic Certification (Paramedics are preferred), valid Florida Driver's (with an acceptable driving record), current American Heart Association CPR Certification or current designation as Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider, documentation of Hepatitis-B vaccination and completion of the Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (E.V.O.C). Salary range of $31,295.68 - $48,304.88. Salary based on experience and additional recognized certifications.
